Source hierarchy
For provider status and payment-system context, we start with the Central Bank of Kenya. For a provider’s service rules, fees, security guidance and support contacts, we check that provider’s current official information. For app installation, we use the official store and the service’s official link to the listing.
A platform’s own cashier and terms are the only reliable way to check whether a payment method is available for a particular account at a particular time. Because that information may require a live account, we do not infer it from a provider directory or third-party list.
What we do not present as verified
A page may explain a process without claiming that we personally tested it. We distinguish an official source statement from a practical inference and link to the source so readers can check the current wording.
- No assumed deposit or withdrawal limits, fees or turnaround times.
- No claim that an operator accepts a particular provider unless a current official source says so.
- No app performance or payment success claims based on a generic demo.
- No “safe”, “best” or “guaranteed” labels for payment methods.
Corrections and updates
We review pages when core sources or service rules change and correct factual errors when evidence is available. Every guide displays an editorial review date; that date indicates our review cycle, not that every live merchant option was tested on that day.
Send a correction with the page URL, the statement in question and a primary source or official document. See Contact for the editorial route.
Official sources and further checks
External links open official information pages. Availability and terms can change; verify the current details directly with the provider.
This guide is educational and is not an instruction to place a bet. BetPayKE does not process payments, confirm merchant availability or provide account support. Never share a PIN, password or OTP.
